Refund and Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • ✕ Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • ✕ Intimate, sanitary goods, or hazardous materials
  • ✕ Flammable liquids, gases, or sale items
  • ✕ Gift cards and downloadable software products
  • ✕ Some health and personal care items

⚠️ Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
  • • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or returned past 10 days.

How the Refund Process Works

1. Inspection

Once received and inspected, we email you regarding your return’s approval or rejection status.

2. Processing

If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

3. Late Refunds

Check your bank account, contact your credit card company, or bank if delayed. Processing times vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at contact@basuq.com and send your item to our specified address. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, a refund will be sent to the gift giver.
